Çukur, unul dintre cele mai periculoase cartiere din Istanbul, este condus de familia Koçova. Deși sunt strâns legați de criminalitate, familia are propriile reguli. Una dintre aceste reguli este interzicerea drogurilor. Drogurile nu pot fi produse, folosite sau vândute în Çukur. Dar unul dintre parveniți este hotărât să încalce interdicția. Mai întâi încearcă să negocieze cu familia Koçova, dar când cererea sa este respinsă, atacă cartierul și familia cu puterea sa. Tocmai când crede că a pus familia în genunchi, apare ceva neprevăzut. Acum trebuie să se împartă cărțile din nou.
Yamaç este un tânăr care s-a concentrat pe a trăi viața așa cum își dorește. Este un bărbat care nu se gândește la ziua de mâine. Într-o noapte, întâlnește o tânără frumoasă, la fel de rănită și periculoasă ca el. Numele ei este Sena. Curând, se îndrăgostesc și se căsătoresc. În timp ce se gândesc că vor trăi „fericiți până la adânci bătrâneți”, familia lui Yamaç, pe care credea că a lăsat-o în urmă, se interpune între ei. În timp ce Sena îl urmărește pe Yamaç și este o rudă de familie, ei nu sunt conștienți că viața lor nu va mai fi niciodată la fel.
